This quote pretty much sums it all up–though lately just getting up in the morning has been the most difficult part!
“I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.”
Between this extra exhausting pregnancy and moving I am totally worn out. The girls have yet another cold, somehow, despite hardly leaving the cabin lately. I’m just waiting to come down with it myself!
Pregnancy is keeping me from working as hard as I would like to get our other house ready to sell, which is stressful because I just want to be done with it. Paying rent and the mortgage is not something I want to attempt long term.
Our cabin is currently stuffed with boxes that need to be unpacked. I’m waiting for a day when I feel good and suddenly have nesting energy. It hasn’t come just yet…it’s about all I can do to keep up with the dishes, laundry, and general chores lately.
In the mean time we continue to enjoy cabin life despite aches and pains of pregnancy and moving clutter.
Instagrams and iPhone photos from the past week or so:
View from the porch right this second–more heavy rain.
My rocking chair on the porch and wild daisies the girls picked from the field just through the trees in the distance.
One goat has triplet babies. They’re the size of chihuahuas and oh so cute, but they never come close to the fence.
The neighbor’s guineas coming to visit. You can see the neighbor’s cabin down the hill there.
Rosie made me some accessories.
Ada in the bath last night:
And finally a few more of Baby H that I don’t think I shared after the ultrasound–
Totally a boy.
I think I can see eyelashes here.
He did not want to move his arm! The midwife said his arm was over his face during my last prenatal exam too.
Here he is all snuggled into the cord and placenta.
Can’t wait to see you on the outside in about eight weeks!
