Ada is so big now, she is able to play in the bathtub without slipping at all. She absolutely loves it.
Ada and Rosie have a blast playing in the tub together. I love seeing them enjoy being together.
I bought a new lens, but UPS has been holding it hostage. It was scheduled to be delivered on December 30th, and I got all excited.
Then on Thursday the 30th it didn’t come, so I got online and checked the tracking. It had been rescheduled to the next day.
Friday it didn’t come. The tracking showed that it was in my town and had its destination scan. I called UPS and some man who sounded like he was in India told me that UPS was closed at all locations for New Year’s Eve.
That afternoon the UPS man came to my house! I got all excited again. Maybe they were delivering it after all?
Then the package he brought me was for Tyler. But…the UPS was delivering on NYE, so where was my lens and why did the customer service man lie? My lens was just sitting in the warehouse?
Tyler asked the UPS guy about the lens situation, and the UPS man made a few calls and said the local offices were all closed now since it was late in afternoon.
ARGH! If I’d known they were open I could have picked it up.
So I’m waiting, without patience, for my 16-35mm lens to arrive. Tomorrow, perhaps? Better be!
