    I’m sorry you are having anxiety issues. I know first hand how horrible it can be. I hope things improve soon. Something that helps me is keeping myself distracted at all times, with things that don’t let me focus so much on the anxiety/panic or whatever other annoying symptom I may be having. After a while of that (days or weeks, it depends) things start improving and then I’m back to normal or close enough.

    Try not to be too hard on yourself about being a good mother. Everyone has good and bad days, even the kids who pretty much have nothing to worry about other than being kids and playing.

    I really wish I had something better to say that would actually help you more, as like I said, I know how bad it is but sadly there aren’t any magic words that will put an end to those feelings. Just thought I’d leave you a comment so you would know that you aren’t alone and that you can do this, even if it may not feel like you can right now.
