These allergies. Oh my goodness I feel like I may lose my head. Non-stop itchy nose, nauseating drainage, sinus pressure, sneezing thirty six thousand times in a row.
And let me just say sneezing thirty six times in a row can be very extremely seriously dangerous after giving birth three times. I will spare you the details of the day I sneezed while in mid trampoline jump. I do not wish to repeat that awkwardness, bless my heart.
Luckily I was outside jumping on the trampoline alone at the time.
Back to the original topic: Death by Allergies.
This happens to me every fall. Lord help me.
This season I’ve gained a new friend. His name is Breathe Again Roll On.
You guys. Breathe Again Roll On and I are best buddies. I am obsessed with him. It is true love.
It’s this essential oil blend made by Young Living, that I wouldn’t been able to find without the help of a friend that uses wordtree, this tool to search and monitor apparently its used by the most successful amazon sellers around the globe, and one of the keywords took me to this amazing new product.
Yeah, I know multilevel marketing and all that jazz. I was suspect too, but finally broke down and tried it.
This Breathe Again Roll On thing, holy wow. Totally stopped up nose: GONE.
Roll it on behind your ears and on your temples, and where ever the heck else you want. Wait two seconds. Breathe again.
I used it on Henry one day when he woke up with a stuffy nose and was screaming because he couldn’t nurse. Within two minutes he was calmly nursing back to sleep.
Where has this magic been all my life?
Today I woke up with swollen glands feeling very sore down my neck. Ugh.
I read that using cypress and lemon essential oils would help. Still ever skeptical I dug out the sample of cypress and the bottle of lemon EO and rubbed some on the glands. Within three minutes the pain dulled. Are you kidding me?
I’m kind of sold now.
Awhile ago I saved up and got the diffuser and kit of oils. I haven’t regretted that for even one second. The oils are very much better quality than the ones I was buying from Whole Foods! I thought for awhile it was just a scam to make you spend more money, but directly comparing the Whole Foods oils and the Young Living ones makes it pretty obvious. I came to this conclusion on my own after a friend gave me a bunch of samples she had.
The Young Living oils smell slightly different and they seem more potent. They actually work.
I cringe to even say these things because I abhor the whole bandwagon thing going on here. I’ve been using essential oils since 2005. That’s a long time! It’s not a fad for me. It’s just that this Breathe Again Roll On thingy has changed my my life. I wish I could hand bottles of it to strangers on the street.
They have other products I really want to try. If only I could afford to buy them all now! I’m waiting for the ImmuPower oil to come back in stock, along with the R.C. oil. I plan to buy and try Deep Relief Roll On next. It’s for aches and pains.
The fortunate and unfortunate part of Young Living is that they are a MLM business. So not a fan of that.
However unlike other essential oil companies they have a practice they refer to as Seed to Seal. This means they are involved with growing and distilling all of their own oils. All of them. Which in turn means that they know exactly what they are selling, unlike other companies who get their products from various farms or sellers around the world. With Young Living you can be certain what you’re getting, there’s no mystery supplier. I love that.
This is the most fortunate thing about the multilevel marketing: If you want to purchase Young Living products and you use my member number as a reference, then I earn money towards the oils I can’t afford. Win for me! Then if (once) your life is forever altered by Breathe Again you can share that amazeballs stuff with your friends, and if they use your member number to sign up it’s good for you.
As long as we pretend to ignore the skeezy MLM stuff we can love all the oils and we can all win, and we can live happily ever after while breathing through our nostrils!
If you are thinking about joining this bandwagon, do it! I took the risk and I really don’t regret it. My home smells so wonderful, my kids fight over which oil to put in the diffuser, and I swear it changes the mood of the day.
So if you do sign up and want to help me out my member number is 1968405 and in the other box you’ll need to put my name, Amy Amos. I signed up as a whole sale distributor since it’s much cheaper. It only takes about a week to get your order and shipping is only $6.
If you’re already a part of Young Living I want to know your favorite oils and uses! So far I’ve only used them aromatically and topically. I haven’t worked up the nerve to buy capsules and swallow them.
Now if only they could make an oil that enables me to sneeze thirty six times in a row safely while jumping on the trampoline…unfortunately I think I will need to do about thirty six trillion kegels to improve in that category. Ahem.
