Last Week’s Snow.
We just got blanketed by a ton of snow. Probably one of the biggest snow falls we’ve ever had around here in years. I think we got more than 15 inches! It’s heavy wet snow too, so the trees are all bent over. Luckily we haven’t had power outages.
I can’t wait to take the kids out in it to play once Henry wakes up from his nap!
Here are pictures of the kids standing on the frozen over snow last week. I never got around to posting them, but I figured I’d better do it now before I have new pictures of last night’s blizzard to share too.
The snow partially melted, then froze solidly. It was weird, and slick!
Rosie is like a teenager. She’s 8.5! How has this happened? My baby! She’s been talking to a friend on Facetime all day today since it’s a snow day. (Though I did still make her do two pages from her math book. I’m so mean.)
When this one came up on the computer screen the kids started cracking up. Henry is very disapproving of Ada’s plumber’s crack, and no one knows why Rosie was making that face…
This one is slightly out of focus in one eye, but I’m keeping it anyway. <3
See? My feet are on top of the snow!
Henry got his hands snowy and cold. We were only out for a minute!
